1. Donations Are Voluntary
All donations made to Akalvilakku Educational & Charitable Trust are voluntary and used to support our charitable activities.

2. Non-Refundable Policy
In general, donations are non-refundable because funds may be immediately put to use for our projects.

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

We may consider a refund only in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate donation
• Wrong amount entered by mistake
• Technical/payment error

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe a refund should be issued, please contact us within 7 days of the donation with:

• Donor name
• Date and amount of donation
• Transaction ID or screenshot
• Reason for refund request
